Refund policy

We have a 30-day limited refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for refund consideration, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  If we agree you plan to return a product that is in original packaging, we will charge you a $5.00 restocking fee and email you instructions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If we agree you need to return the product, we will email information to return it to us with no shipping cost charged to  you.    

Non-returnable items
Rideau Organic items are personal care products. Please contact us within 30 days regarding questions or concerns about your specific item. Gift cards are not-returnable as they are electronic and sent via email.  

Refunds

We will notify you if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.   Your refund is dependent on when you bank or credit card company will process and post the refund.
